They were so great with my 5 year old. Made her feel comfortable and showed her all the equipment and let her touch it before they used it on her. Fantastic :)

Hardie Dentistry is a great dental office. They have helped both my littles feel comfortable in their appointments, and been flexible and easy with scheduling.

Very disappointed with this dental office. The front desk woman was extremely rude, pressured me to sign documents without explaining them, and kept forcing me to leave instead of allowing me to be with my children. This was a very upsetting experience, and I will not be returning. The only positive was the dental hygienists who cleaned my children’s teeth—they were kind and wonderful.

I really like all the staff here. It is clear that they all care for their patients. Im glad I found them. I am on state medical and they accepted my children a few years back. Dr Hardie cares for each of my kids like they are his only patient. That's the experience Ive had anyway. I feel like family there : ) They are also fluent in spanish.

Hardie you need a new front desk lady. Shes extremely rude. Im not sure if this is the same lady as a couple years ago. My son needed dental work requiring sedation. I was in shock and trying to navigate my schedule. She made me feel like human garbage for wanting to schedule out a tad due to work. I ended up changing around my schedule. Today I called she seemed aggressive right from the beginning. Bringing up a missed appointment from years ago. To be frank I dont remember. But still what does that have to do with what is happening now? My son is in pain, not a sliver of empathy. She put me on hold to check something she asked me what was going on and cut me off. I just told her I'll find someone else. Hardie is a nice dentist when he was doing the procedure he came out to talk to me and kept me updated. Unfortunately this lady was very disappointing. There was other things like my son had 1 cleaning elsewhere at a normal dentist not a pediatric dentist. She said "i cant be going back and fourth" in a rude tone. I've never in my life had such a bad experience especially when it came to kids
